- Regular analyses of online samples are done to achieve the desired quality.
- Before every batch at plant level, pilot batches at lab level are carried out to know if there are any problematic contents.
- Proper record of batched at the plant as well as lab level are kept for technical references.
- M.S.D.S (Material safety data sheet) of all products in the premises are available with the laboratory dept.
